Seven strategic initiatives for 2010-11 to achieve Vision Statement

1. Identify, equip and develop indigenous resource team of pastors and leaders to conduct ongoing training;
2. Identify and engage organizations who have the capacity to deliver the training in other countries and location;
3. Develop financial support for our ministry teams;
4. Identify strategic relationships, alliances, and partnerships;
5. Develop local NGO (or other local entity) administrative infrastructure and capacities to support indigenous resource teams;
6. Evaluate, adapt, and improve the effectiveness of HGCA training programs;
7. Continue to develop USA board and its capacities
