Pastors and Leaders
- Pastors and Leaders will be able to lead small grief support groups for children.
- Pastors and Leaders will be able to provide orientation sessions to help Caregivers understand the impact of parental death on children.
- Pastors and Leaders will be able to lead support groups for Caregivers.
Caregivers
- Caregivers will understand the traumatic nature of parental death on children and how to respond to the special needs that result.
Orphans
- Orphans will display positive change due to their participation in the grief support groups, as reported by their caregivers and the orphans themselves.
Resource Team
- The Resource Team will be qualified to encourage and support pastors and leaders to organize small grief support groups, orientation sessions for caregivers, support groups for caregivers, and training for laypersons who assist the pastors and leaders.
- The Resource Team will be qualified to teach the course "How to Love a Grieving Child."
